Returns & Replacements: Due to the amount of free performances and charity events that the AICM is involved in, we cannot accept returns on the basis that is not the correct item unless the item is defective, there is an error in the description or the wrong product has been posted to your address. In which case you will be refunded the full amount of purchase upon returning the item.

Viewing Orders: To view status or details of items ordered through our website you must register as a customer during the checkout process. Once you have registered use your login details to access the user dashboard and then click the 'My orders' tab on the left hand sidebar
Updating Account Information: To update your account information and credentials such as login details, address or contact details you must first login to your user dashboard. After doing so you can edit the appropriate fields by clicking the edit buttons on your dashboard or clicking the account information and address book tabs on the left hand sidebar. If you forget your login credentials you can email the administrator to try find your password.
